THE PROBLEM
Market-entry decisions are still made on gut feeling and stale PDFs.
Every export-stage company in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania eventually asks the same question: which market next? The honest answer, most of the time, is that nobody really knows — decisions get made on a conference conversation, a competitor sighting, or a market report that was already a year old when it was published.
Meanwhile, the data that would actually answer the question — trade flows, tariff schedules, digital infrastructure, existing commercial activity — sits in eight public databases maintained by the UN, the World Bank, the WTO, and others. It's free. It's authoritative. Almost nobody uses it directly, because it isn't built to answer a single company's question.
